(I) TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION BY THE PRODUCTION OF EDUCATIONAL PLAYS AND THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE ARTS INCLUDING THE ARTS OF DRAMA DANCE MIME SINGING AND MUSIC AND (II) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF SUCH ARTS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH AGE OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
