TO RELIEF THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING OF WOMEN AND WOMEN WITH CHILDREN WHO HAVE SUFFEREDOR ARE EXPOSED TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF A TEMPORARY PLACE OF SAFETY.
