TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONGST PERSONS LIVING IN REDHILL AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, OLD PEOPLES HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
