(A) PROVIDING RELIEF TO POOR AND DESERVING ACTORS AND ACTRESSES UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS. (B) AFFORDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ANY WELL ESTABLISHED CHARITABLE ANIMAL HOME SANCTUARY OR ZOO AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL AT THEIR DISCRETION DETERMINE.
