Charitable objects

1) LAND HELD IN TRUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF DESPASTURAGE WITH CATTLE OR STOCK BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF EAST TILBURY. 2) IN SO FAR AS THE SAID LAND OR ANY PART OR PARTS THEREOF IS NOT REQUIRED FOR USE FOR THE SAID PURPOSE THE TRUSTEE SHALL APPROPRIATE AND USE THE SAME AS AN OPEN SPACE AND RECREATION GROUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID AREA AND, SUBJECT THERETO, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
