THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME ATTENDED AS A PUPIL AT SIR ROGER CHOLMELEY'S SCHOOL AT HIGHGATE BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES AND MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) EDUCATION APPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE BY THE TRUSTEE, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD OR THE UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE.
