(B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF MUSLIM CHILDREN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TENETS AND DOCTRINES OF ISLAM. (C)THE RELIEF OF SUCH MUSLIMS WHO ARE POOR AND NEEDY.
