THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH EDUCATION THROUGH THE COLLECTION AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION ON SOLUTIONS TO HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT PROBLEMS AND TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE PERSONS OR BODIES OF PERSONS INVOLVED IN HEALTH AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
