TO PROVIDE A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE ARNDALE ESTATE AND OTHER RESIDENTS OF THE CENTRAL WANDSWORTH AREA IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS MAKING USE OF THOSE FACILITIES.
