BENEFIT OF ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN LAW OR FOR ANY INSTITUTIONS, SOCIETIES, FOUNDATIONS, OR FUNDS AS ARE CHARITABLE IN LAW AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THEY DECIDE, WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE TO THE TRUSTEES' POWER, THE SETTLOR REQUESTED THAT THE TRUSTEES KEEP IN MIND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND FURTHERANCE OF RELIGION AND EDUATION.
