We promote the generation of health by coordinating evidence the world over of dietary effects on health, and disseminating it through the media, the web, publications and conferences. We press for nutrition to be re-included in all educational syllabuses, and to make health professionals and the public more aware that sound diet is the greatest factor in preventing illness.
