FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 23 WHO LIVE, WORK OR ARE EDUCATED IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW AND SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS OR GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS SUPPORTING SUCH BENEFICIARIES, TO ENABLE YOUNG PEOPLE TO UNDERTAKE ANY EDUCATIONAL OR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES, THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY
