TO PROVIDE A CENTRE OR CENTRES FOR THE REHABILITATION, MAINTAINING IN SOCIETY AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE RELIEF OF BLIND, PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS OF ALL AGES AND OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE HANDICAPPED IN ANY WAY AND AGED PERSONS IN NECECCITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES AND PREVENTING POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG ANY SUCH PERSONS.
