RESTORATION REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH OF ST MARY-LE-STRAND (INCLUDING THE CRYPT) AND THE ACQUISITION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF FIXTURES AND FITTINGS AND FURNISHINGS OF THE SAID CHURCH AND CRYPT AND SUCH RECONSTRUCTION AND CONVERSION AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE SAID CHURCH AND CRYPT TO BE USED AS A LIVING CENTRE FOR WORSHIP AND OTHER RELIGIOUS EDUCATIONAL CULTURAL AND COMMUNITY PURPOSES FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID PARISH AND ELSEWHERE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
