FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY OF DILETTANTI PRESENT AND VOTING AT ANY OF THE MEETINGS SHALL DIRECT FROM TIME TO TIME AND IN DEFAULT OF SUCH DIRECTION IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DIRECT.
