THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF FORDHAM AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE THEM WITH FACILITIES FOR THEIR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
