TWO COTTAGES FOR THE RESIDENCE AND USE (WITH OR WITHOUT PAYMENT OF RENT AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHARITY TRUSTEES) OF PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER AND MORAL WORTH WHO SHALL EITHER HAVE BEEN BORN IN THE PARISH OF URCHFONT OR SHALL HAVE RESIDED IN THE SAID PARISH AT ANY TIME FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AND SHALL BE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS.
