TO ENCOURAGE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF ST ALBANS MUSIC SCHOOL BY THE DONATION OF EQUIPMENT AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES ADDITIONAL TO THOSE NORMALLY PROVIDED BY HERTS COUNTY COUNCIL AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THIS OBJECT.
