TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF (YOUNG) MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRCULTURE, HOME CRAFTS, AND COUNTRY LIFE AND IN THE PRINCIPLES OF DISCIPLINE, LOYALTY AND GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TOME ACTIVITIES SO THAT THEY MAY DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS OR MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
