THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC CONCERNING DAIRYING BY THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION BY ANY MEANS AND IN ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING SCHOLARSHIPS EXHIBITIONS AND BURSARIES TO BE AWARDED FROM TIME TO TIME TO ENABLE SUITABLE CANDIDATES TO ENGAGE IN RESEARCH AND EDUCATION INTO DIARYING EITHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD.
