Charitable objects

(1) TO GIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE KING'S AND MANCHESTER REGIMENTS ASSOCIATION AND TO ITS BRANCHES. (2) TO GIVE RELIEF EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE SERVING OR WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE KING'S REGIMENT, THE KING'S REGIMENT (MANCHESTER AND LIVERPOOL), THE KING'S REGIMENT (LIVERPOOL) OR IN THE MANCHESTER REGIMENT AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. DONATIONS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS MAY BE MADE TO INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS WHICH PROVIDE OR WHICH UNDERTAKE IN RETURN TO PROVIDE SUCH RELIEF FOR SUCH PERSONS.
