FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OF THE FOLLOWING PERSONS AS ARE FOR THE TIME BEING IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, THAT IS TO SAY:- ANY AND EVERY PERSON WHO IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF DAME HERMIONE HAWLEY (THE SETTLOR) OR OF MARGARET SECENA HAWLEY AND WHO HAS COMPLETED NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR'S CONTINUOUS SERVICE IN SUCH EMPLOYMENT OF WHO IS NOW OR SHALL AT ANY TIME HEREAFTER BECOME AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SETTLOR OR OF THE SAID MARGARET SERENA HAWLEY AND HAS COMPLETED OR SHALL HEREAFTER COMPLETE NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR'S CONTINUOUS SERVICE IN SUCH EMPLOYMENT.
