TO FOSTER AND PROMOTE THE MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ARTISTIC TASTE AND THE KNOWLEDGE UNDERSTADING AND APPREECIATION OF THE ARTS AMONG STUDENTS AND STAFF OF THE ROYAL MILITARY COLLAGE OF SCIENCE.
