(B) SO FAR ONLY AS IS CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECT EXPRESSED IN CLAUSE (A) ABOVE: (I) TO RUN, MANAGE OR CONDUCT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT MODERATE FEES AN EDUCATIONAL CENTRE FOR ENGLISH AND OVERSEAS STUDENTS OF A UNIVERSITY STANDARD WHICH WILL SPECIALISE IN MEDIEVAL AND RENAISSANCE STUDIES; (II) TO ORGANISE LECTURES, TUTORIALS AND SEMINARS RELATING TO ANY ASPECT OF THE STUDY OF MEDIEVAL AND RENAISSANCE STUDIES; (III) TO ASSEMBLE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC A LIBRARY OF BOOKS RELATING TO THE STUDY OF MEDIEVAL AND RENAISSANCE PERIODS; (IV) TO GIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY MEANS OF GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS OR OTHERWISE TO DESERVING PERSONS WISHING TO STUDY AT THE CENTRE FOR MEDIEVAL AND RENAISSANCE STUDIES.
