INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR TO SUCH CHARITABLE FOUNDATIONS AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AND IN SUCH SHARES AND PROPORTIONS AND TO PAY OR TRANSFER THE SAME TO THE TRUSTEES OF ANY TRUST ESTABLISHED FOR SOLELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
