A) FOR THE RELIEF OF CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF FORMER MEMBERS (KNOWN AS OLD COMRADES) OF THE OLD BERKSHIRE YEOMANRY REGIMENT, THE 145TH (BERKSHIRE YEOMANRY) FIELD REGIMENT ROYAL ARTILLERY, THE 345TH (BERKSHIRE YEOMANRY) MEDIUM REGIMENT ROYAL ARTILLERY OR ANY SUBSEQUENT UNIT IN THE BRITISH ARMY WHICH INCORPORATES IN ITS OFFICIAL TITLE THE WORDS "BERKSHIRE YEOMANRY" OR THEIR WIDOWS, B) TO MAKE GRANTS TO THE REGISTERED CHARITY COMPRISED IN A DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED 23RD NOVEMBER 1976 KNOWN AS THE BERKSHIRE YEOMANRY MUSEUM.
