B) BENEFICIARIES UNDERTAKING THE TWO YEAR YOUTH AND COMMUNITY WORK TRAINING COURSE WITH RECOGNISED AGENCIES SUCH AS WESTHILL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION. C) BENEFICIARIES UNDERTAKING A PERIOD OF SERVICE WITH LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS OR CLUBS BY AWARDING BURSARIES TO THE BENEFICIARIES THE AMOUNTS OF SUCH BURSARIES TO BE ENTIRELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE COMMITTEE.
