(A) THE PAYMENT, GIVING OR MAKING OF GRANTS TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS CHOSEN BY THE TRUSTEES OR A SUB-COMMITTEE OF THE TRUSTEES TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO ATTEND OR CONTINUE AT OR PURSUE A COURSE OF STUDIES AT A SCHOOL OR COLLEGE; (B) THE GIVING OR MAKING OF GRANTS TO A SCHOOL OR COLLEGE IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THEREAT.
