(A) TO RELIEVE THE RESIDENTS OF HARTLEY HOUSE OLD PEOPLE'S HOME WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES OR WHO ARE INCAPACITATED BY OLD AGE OR INFIRMITY BY THE PROVISIONS OF MATERIAL COMFORTS AND SERVICES.(B)TO DO ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM.
