(A) TO PROMOTE CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF ALL AGES IN THE LOCALITY OF COLCHESTER, IN PARTICULAR BY ENCOURAGING YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE UNEMPLOYED TO WORK TOGETHER TO PROVIDE SUCH CHARITABLE RELIEF FOR THE COMMUNITY. B) TO ASSIST SPECIFIC YOUTH PROJECTS WITHIN THE LOCALITY OF A USEFUL AND CHARITABLE NATURE.
