Activities - how the charity spends its money
Helping employees, ex employees and dependants from member companies of the Baltic (mercantile and shipping) Exchange; also from companies in the oilseeds trade. Help is usually financial, to relieve a temporary or long term money shortage; sometimes provision of prompt medical assistance. Help usually given to retired or elderly people; sometimes to younger people in difficult situations.
