Charitable objects
PROVIDING BENEFITS FOR AVETON GIFFORD CHURCH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL AND THEREAFTER FOR PROMOTING EDUCATION OF RESIDENTS OF THE PARISH UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS. IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES THE TRUSTEES MAY GRANT ASISTANCE TO PERSONS OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE THEREFOR WHO ARE RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE SAID PARISH OR HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS BUT WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES OUGHT NEVERTHELESS TO BE TREATED AS ELIGIBLE FOR ASSISTANCE.
