Charitable objects
(1) THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION IN SCALDWELL. (2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED IN ANY YEAR FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SCALDWELL.
