THE RELIEF OF THE DISABLED WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE THERAPEUTIC BENEFIT DERIVED FROM SWIMMING BY ENCOURAGING ALL TO TAKE PART IN THE RECREATION, AS WELL AS TO ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO DISABLED PERSONS TO GAIN ACCESS TO SWIMMING FACILITIES.
