A VILLAGE HALL AND PLAYING FIELD FORTHE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LYMPNE IN THE COUNTY OF KENT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITCAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES CLASSES AND SPORTING ACITIVITES AND FOR ORTHE FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
