1. THE ADVANCEMENT, EDUCATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF YOUNG COMPOSERS, INSTRUMENTALISTS AND SINGERS. 2. TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST ANY YOUNG COMPOSERS, INSTRUMENTALISTS AND SINGERS AND THEIR WIDOWS, WIDOWERS AND CHILDREN. 3. TO CARRY OUT SUCH LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS NOT LESS THAN TWO-THIRDS OF THE THEN CURRENT NUMBER OF TRUSTEES (AND NOT IN ANY EVENT LESS THAN THREE IN NUMBER) SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECLARE BY A DEED EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT.
