TO RELIEVE THOSE SUFFERING FROM OR SUSPECTED OF SUFFERING FROM CANCER IN ESSEX AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING ONE OR MORE BODY SCANNERS AND OR OTHER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT A HOSPITAL IN ESSEX.
