THE ADVANCEMENT OF SOCIAL EDUCATION AND WELFARE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WITHIN AYLESBURY VALE WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON YOUNG PEOPLE (WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CONSTITUTION MEAN THOSE AGED BETWEEN 14 AND 25) WHO ARE AT RISK OR WITH NEED. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE RELATIVES, FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES, EMPLOYERS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED IN SOCIAL EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF SUCH YOUNG PERSONS 3. THE STUDY OF HOW YOUNG PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOUR IS EFFECTED BY SOCIAL INFLUENCES AND CONDITIONS.
