1. TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE ARAB STUDENT FUND FOR LOANS AND SCHOLARSHIPS - JERUSALEM. 2. TO HELP AND PROMOTE HIGHER EDUCATION AMONG AND PROVIDE FACILITIES INSTITUTIONS AND ENDOWMENTS FOR ARAB PALESTINIANS WHO ARE LIVING IN ISRAEL INSIDE ITS BORDERS IN 1966 AND WHO WISH TO STUDY IN ISRAEL OR ABROAD. 3. TO ENDOW SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FOR PALESTINIAN ARAB STUDENTS NORMALLY RESIDENT IN ISRAEL TO ENABLE THEM TO STUDY IN ISRAEL OR IN THE U.K. OR ELSEWHERE.
