(B) THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PERSONS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE BEEN IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE ASSOCIATION OR IN THE EMPLOYMENT OF ANY MEMBER OR MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OR THE NECESSITOUS WIDOWS ORPHANS OR DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS. (C) OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY NOT FALLING UNDER THE PRECEDING HEADS.
