Charitable objects
A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WEST WELLOW AND NEIGHBOURING PARISHES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE OF MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATON WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. IF NOT REQUIRED AS ABOVE THE INCOME MAY BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES AS THEY THINK FIT FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS.
