TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF NORTH ASCOT AND NEIGHBOURHOOD AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, AND TO ESTABLISH, MANAGE AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY CENTRE.
