TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION AND TO PURSUE ANY OBJECTS WHICH ARE NOW, OR HEREAFTER MAY BE, DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE FOR ELDERLY PERSONS RESIDENT ON THE SHEERWATER ESTATE.
