THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ROMAN CATHOLIC RELIGION IN THE EAST ANGLIA DIOCESE BY SUCH MEANS BEING CHARITABLE AS THE BISHOP OF EAST ANGLIA MAY THINK FIT AND PROPER AND FOR THE SERVICE AND SUPPORT WHETHER IN THE EAST ANGLIA DIOCESE OR OUTSIDE THE EAST ANGLIA DIOCESE BY SUCH MEANS AS AFORESAID OF CHARITABLE WORKS AND OBJECTS PROMOTED BY THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH.
