Activities - how the charity spends its money

As before, but we now find we are caring 3 days a week for more adult learning difficulty clients, who have many problems with incontance, blind, dementia, speach & mood problems. We get referals from Adult Social Servies - but our volunteers are older and not willing to clean up, therefore our costs have had to increase. We now have a Polish group attending for sport.

Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WORLE AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. TO ESTABLISH OR TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE.
