TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG MUSICIANS AND, IN SUPPORT OF THIS OBJECT, TO HOLD PUBLIC COMPETITIONS, SUPPORT ARTISTIC PERFORMANCES AND EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES, AND RUN FUNDRAISING INITIATIVES FOR THESE.
