Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND PAY OR APPLY THE SAME TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS PURPOSES OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PATRON SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT WITH SUCH CONSENT AS AFORESAID TO APPLY THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF OR PARTS OF SUCH INCOME IN OR TOWARDS THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ANY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS.
