(II) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSE WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCILS (POWERS) MEASURE 1956 AFFECTING THE PARISH OR ANY PART THEREOF.
