TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MILITARY BAND AND WIND MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AND TO PROMOTE THE TEACHING AND PRACTICE OF SUCH MUSIC PARTICULARLY AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE IN BARNES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
