TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE WITNEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AD GERERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.
